How do I make a booking?
Select any tour at our website and select your preferred day and the number of adults/children who will participate. Click on “Book Now” and you’ll be redirected to checkout page where you can fill out the form and make your booking. As soon as you make a booking, you will get an email notification with the tour details. Please give us some time to confirm your booking. It will take less than 12 hours for us to confirm.

Can I pay with cash instead of paying online?
You can pay with cash at the beginning of the tour by selecting “Cash on Delivery” option on your checkout page. If you want to pay online, click on “PayPal” option and you’ll be redirected to PayPal secure online payment page.

Is there minimum number of persons required for participating?
There is no minimum number of persons required for our tours, which means that your booking will be confirmed in a very short time.

Which dates are available to take the tours?
All the tours run all year round and booking can be made for any date within a current year.

How many people are usually on a tour?

How do I reschedule/cancel my booking?

What if I don't make a reservation?
A reservation is required for all the tours, including Free Walking Tour.

I made a booking, but didn't get any confirmation emails.
Please check your Spam folder if you didn’t get any instant emails as soon as you made a booking. Tour confirmation email will take no more than 12 hours for us to confirm. If you still didn’t get any emails into your inbox/spam, please contact us on tours@bakuexplorer.com and we'll resolve the issue immediately.
